How to Complete Your Purchase

  1. Review your cart. Check your selected products, options, and quantities, then proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your details. Provide your email address and complete delivery address. Check these carefully before continuing.
  3. Review delivery options. Select an available shipping option and review its cost.
  4. Choose your payment method. Enter the required payment and billing details. If your payment provider requests additional verification, follow the instructions shown.
  5. Check your total. Review your items, discounts, shipping charge, and any applicable taxes shown in the order summary before submitting payment.
  6. Complete your order. After checkout is completed, check the confirmation page and your email for your order details.

Shipping Charges

During our Black Friday Early Access promotion, free shipping applies to all orders to destinations we currently ship to, including marble side tables and custom products. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no code is needed; the shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Outside the promotion, regular shipping rates and eligibility requirements apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for promotion dates and regular shipping details. Review the available shipping options and final total at checkout before paying.

If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us before attempting payment.

Payment Troubleshooting

If payment is declined, check your billing details and follow any instructions from your payment provider. If you are unsure whether payment was completed, check for an order confirmation before trying again to avoid a duplicate purchase.
