You can enquire about custom dimensions, stone choices, shapes and finishes for furniture and stone objects. Share what you have in mind, and we’ll discuss what is possible based on the design, material and intended use.

Send us a brief description of your project, your preferred dimensions and any reference images or sketches. Please also include your delivery location, approximate budget and preferred timeframe so we can better understand your requirements.

Let us know your preferred colours and patterns, and we’ll discuss suitable stone options and availability. Natural veining varies throughout each slab, so an exact pattern cannot be guaranteed. If you have a particular preference, please raise it during your enquiry so we can clarify the selection options.

Pricing depends on the stone, dimensions, design complexity, finish and delivery requirements. Once we understand your project, we can prepare a quotation outlining the scope and what is included. Please review the details before placing your order.

Lead times depend on material availability, design requirements and production scheduling. Please share any deadline when you enquire. The estimated production and delivery schedule should be confirmed as part of your order details.

Delivery arrangements depend on the size and weight of your piece and its destination. Please share any access restrictions, including stairs, lifts and narrow doorways. Before ordering, confirm whether your quotation includes doorstep delivery, placement, assembly or installation.

Because each piece is crafted exclusively for you from your selected stone, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We'll confirm your slab and all details before production begins, and we guarantee every piece arrives in perfect condition.
