We don't just sell marble furniture. We trace every slab from the mountain quarry to your dining room floor — sourcing, cutting, crafting, and delivering it all under our own roof. No middlemen. No surprises. Just the stone you chose, exactly as you imagined it.

1. Custom Detail

Confirm the drawing information and layout of the order

Customers can contact us through email or click the button in the lower right corner provide us with the required dimensions and marble materials for customization. Our staff will communicate with the customer to ensure that we fully understand their needs and expectations.

2. Confirm Quotation

 Start production according to drawings and layout

We will provide a quote based on the customer's requirements. Upon confirmation, we will send the customer an invoice for the customized product, and they can pay through the invoice link or opt for a bank transfer.



3. Drawing Confirmation

Take photos and videos to confirm the delivery address

Once we receive payment, we will send the customer a drawing of the customized product's dimensions within 48 hours for confirmation. Customers can review the drawing and request necessary modifications or changes.



4. Transport Delivered

Shipping

The delivery time for customized products usually ranges from 8-16 weeks, and it depends on factors such as the product type, size, complexity, and logistics. We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as each item is manufactured exclusively to your unique specifications and design requirements. We strongly recommend reviewing all details — dimensions, material selection, and drawing specifications — thoroughly before placing your order to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations.

Natural Stone Character
All pieces in our natural marble collection feature inherent, one-of-a-kind veining and texture formed by nature. While product photos represent actual pieces from our range, your finished item will bear the unique character of your selected slab. Natural variations in tone, colour, and patterning are to be expected and are not considered a defect — they are what make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Order Progress Updates
Please keep your contact information valid and accessible throughout the order process. We will provide regular status updates at every key stage, including drawing confirmation, production milestones, and logistics tracking details, so you are always informed of your order’s progress.

Delivery & Installation Notes
Furniture delivery is typically made to the ground floor / curbside of your building. We do not currently offer inside delivery, unloading, or installation services. All required installation hardware is included in the packaging; unloading and assembly will be the customer’s responsibility upon arrival.
