What's included:- 4 natural travertine marble coasters- 1 gold tone iron holderThe Marmor natural travertine marble coaster set will appeal most to those looking for an attractive stone coaster set that adds to a room's overall aesthetics. The coasters have a very nice natural appearance to them. Each one has its own stone pattern, colour variation and small surface openings which in my opinion make the set look more interesting than ceramic or printed coasters. Each coaster is approximately 10cm in diameter and about 1cm thick. They are also quite heavy, with an average weight of just under 200 grams. That gives these coasters a solid feel and they are heavier than any coaster that I have owned. These are the types of coasters that add that small little detail that may invite comments. The surface is porous and smooth with some natural openings in the stone. In my use, the coasters have done an adequate job at absorbing moisture thus far, such as absorbing rings of water left at the base of cups. While the natural porosity is part of the appeal, it does also mean that these coasters have small imperfections or small holes in the surface. I personally, like the look, because it adds character, however if you are looking for a coaster set that is perfectly smooth without any imperfections this may not be the set to pick up.The included cork bottoms are useful, but they need to be applied to the coasters. The best advice I can give is to pick the side that looks less appealing and stick the cork bottom on that side. These cork bottoms are not terribly thick however they do a good job in adding a bit of extra grip while protecting any potential delicate surface that the coaster may be placed on.As far as the gold tone holder goes, it is about 5cm high and holds the coasters neatly in place. There are however no felt pads on the bottom so the holder is making direct contact with the surface it is placed on. Additionally, the space between the handles in the holder is about 12cm while the coasters are just 10cm leaving a little bit of room for the coasters to move. I would have liked to have seen the holder be a little more snug, however, it performs well overall.Overall, this is a very attractive and well made coaster set with a natural stone look and a useful holder. The coasters are heavy, sized well, and feel quite substantial in hand. They do a reasonable job with absorbing moisture especially small amounts like water marks or a drop running down a cup - they are not made however to absorb large quantities of liquid. When applying the cork bottoms just take time to try to center them as much as possible so as not to have to reapply the cork bottom and potentially degrade the adhesive. These are the only coasters I have ever owned that guests have complimented, so the little details done right can make a difference.Cheers,

I love travertine as it's such a beautiful natural stone. Fits well with coastal, country or modern decor. I had travertine floors once upon a time and they remind me of my floors in a good way_a happy memory... It's gorgeous to look at and has such a lovely feel to it. Love the natural character of the stone...Nicely boxed and protected and while I'm not sure of the stand it is handy and I may change the color_we will see as it's always an option...

Beautiful coasters

I’ve been looking for some nice, real stone, new color, posters for my living room and ran across these. They are simply beautiful. They come with adhesive clerk backings that you can choose to put on, which I did. And I love the fact that it has a holder for the four coasters to keep everything neat. Really nice quality. Love the color. Does the job. Fair price. I am happy! Highly recommend

Genuine Travertine coasters of Commercial grade

I received the 4-pack of Travertine Marble coasters. Travertine is a form of fresh water limestone. It's formed by a process of rapid precipitation of calcium carbonate, often at the mouth of hot springs or in a limestone cave. There are three grades of Travertine which is Premium, Select, and Commercial. Commercial grade is the lowest grade and these coasters are clearly made of Commercial grade Travertine. You can tell by all the small holes in the material. The creamy beige color is typical of Travertine Marble. These coasters are okay. They ship with a gold-colored metal rack for storage and include four thin cork sheets with adhesive that you can apply to the coasters to protect surfaces like furniture. Due to the porous nature of this material they excel at absorbing condensation and moisture from your drink glass and are very stable due to their substantial weight.Overall, this product is what it claims to be and these marble coasters are certainly more classy than cardboard or glass coasters. Nevertheless, this is by no means the most elegant or beautiful example of Travertine that exists.

Gorgeous!

These travertine coasters are one of those home accessories that are both beautiful and practical. The natural stone gives each coaster its own unique character, and the soft neutral tones blend effortlessly with my decor. They do a great job absorbing condensation from cold drinks, and the cork backing keeps them from sliding while protecting my furniture from scratches. I also love that they come with a matching holder, which keeps everything neat and organized when they're not in use. The quality feels premium, they look much more expensive than they are, and they make a stylish addition to any coffee table or a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates elegant home decor. I love them!

Sleek, Stylish addition to my Living Room

I'll admit, I'm a sucker for stone and marble decor. I have stone and/or marble trays, salt shakers, jars, candle holders, etc. You name it, I'll try to add it to my collection. So when I saw this set of 4 Marmor travertine marble coasters up for review, I was happy to get them. The coasters arrived in a branded but brown cardboard box. Inside, it looks like a cute little gift as there was a little ribbon on the coasters, and they were pretty securely packed in a fitted styrofoam molding to protect them during shipment. Inside was the 4 coasters, the golden painted metal holder for the coasters, 4 cork adhesive pieces that you can put on the bottom of the coasters, and a kind of cute, but also kind of tacky note from the founder of the company. Judging by the grammar on the note, I correctly guessed that these are made in China - nothing against that, just an observation. The coaster pieces met all my expectations and are quite nice, in my opinion. They are polished on all sides and surfaces and are quite smooth. They have a bit of heft to them, though I wouldn't say that they're heavy. When you tap on them they make an almost metallic sound, it also reminds me of my old clay class in middle school when we'd varnish our pieces and they'd make a similar sound when tapped. I rather like the looks of the pieces. I should note if you're a perfectionist that out of the 4 coasters I received, three of them had noticeable little gaps and crevices in the stone. On one of them you could easily see through these gaps into the other side. Being in nature, this doesn't bother me as it just looks like a natural pattern in the stone and I think it actually makes them look cooler, but be aware if you have OCD or expect perfection that these do have their own unique features and patterns and while they obviously look similar, none is truly the same. I like that these come with four adhesive cork backers that you can put on yourself that are not pre-installed, as some people may want them on and some may not. The holder has a golden finish on it and works fine, but my only minor complaint about the set is that the holder seems slightly larger for the coasters - not by a ton, but these things will slide to one side or the other if you tilt them in the holder - I understand the need for a little clearance, but they might have made a little more clearance than necessary there. It would also be nice if the holder had something on the bottom to ever so slightly elevate it - again very minor gripes, but gripes nonetheless. Price wise, based on a quick 1 min search of potential competitors on this site, these coasters seem to be priced on the higher end of the range as of the date of this review, though not quite the highest price - always do your own research as pricing is subject to change. Conclusion: These are rather nice coasters. I have zero complaints about the coasters themselves, and I rather appreciate the cork adhesive backers being included instead of pre-installed on the coasters. They look nice, feel nice, and add a small bit of sophistication to my living room. The holder is ok, though it seems just a size too large and lacks anything to prevent the legs from directly contacting your table. The price isn't a ton higher than competitors, and this includes a holder which some do not, but between the pricing and the coaster I'm docking a star. That being said, I think the product here is solid, especially the coasters themselves, and I am quite happy with them. I always ask myself do I like the product, and do I see myself continuing to use it? I can confidently say yes to both of those questions, so I would recommend this set of coasters to someone looking for something similar.

Stunning!

This is an absolutely gorgeous set of travertine marble coasters! It is beautifully packaged, as you can see in the photos, so would make a great gift even if sent directly to the recipient. When I first took the set out of the box, I thought there was a mistake as there was no cork backing on the coasters themselves. Then I realized the cork was sitting below the coasters in the box. This is actually great, because travertine marble has so many unique qualities so this allows you to decide which side of each coaster you'd like to showcase on the table. The natural multicolored veining is really stunning in person. Would look great on any table!

Looks Great and Feels Well Made

These coasters have a really nice natural stone look and feel much more substantial than basic ceramic or cork coasters. The travertine gives each one a slightly different pattern, which makes the set feel a little more unique. They do a good job protecting the table from condensation and everyday drink marks. The surface feels sturdy, and they sit flat without sliding around much. The included holder is also a nice touch and keeps the set looking neat when not in use. Overall, they look more expensive than they are and are a nice addition to a coffee table or kitchen.

NATURAL MARBLE - SET OF 4 WITH COASTER HOLDER

These are awesome and stylish. I love the gold coaster holder. The natural marble absorbs liquid very quickly. It also dries very quickly. It protects the furniture you have the coasters on. I keep them on my end table, and there is no left over water from condensation. I have had no issues with stains. These are some of the best coasters i have ever used. I love their other marble designs as well. This product is well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

solid marble coasters with a touch of style

I picked up this set of travertine marble coasters for my living room coffee table and they’ve quickly become a favorite. The natural stone finish looks elegant and fits right in with the earthy tones I already have in the house, and the included holder keeps everything neat when not in use. Each coaster has a good weight to it and feels sturdy, so they don’t slide around easily even when my German Shepherds brush past the table. The absorbent surface actually does its job well, catching condensation from cold drinks without leaving marks, and the ceramic style adds a nice decorative touch that feels more upscale than the usual cork or silicone options. I also appreciate that the set comes with four pieces, which is just right for everyday use or when friends drop by for a backyard barbecue. The overall build feels durable and reliable, and it’s a simple upgrade that makes the space look more polished without being fussy. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your marble coaster set. Can't find your answer? Contact us — we reply within 24 hours.

Product & Material
Q: Why does my marble coaster look different from the product photo?

A: Each coaster is cut from genuine natural marble, which forms unique veining and color patterns over millions of years. No two pieces are exactly alike — the variation you see is a hallmark of authentic natural stone, not a defect.

Q: Are the cork pads already attached?

A: The cork pads are included in the set but are not pre-attached. You can apply them yourself to the underside of each coaster to protect your surfaces from scratches and slipping.

Q: Will the marble absorb liquid or stain over time?

A: Natural marble is porous and may absorb liquids if left in contact for extended periods. We recommend drying the coasters promptly after use and avoiding prolonged exposure to dark-colored beverages such as red wine or coffee.

Q: Can I use these coasters outdoors?

A: While the coasters are durable, we recommend keeping them indoors. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures may affect the stone's surface and appearance over time.
