Production takes approximately 20 days after design confirmation, followed by shipping from China with an estimated delivery of approximately 12 days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Yes. Every Marmor custom doorplate comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects not caused by misuse or improper installation. Natural stone variations in veining and color are not considered defects. Contact us if you experience any quality issues.
